Job Description
We require 150 labourers for work on a berry farm in the Neerim North region, VIC. The work includes harvesting and packing berries and general farm duties. Work will commence in October 2026 and be ongoing for 9 months.

Successful candidates will be offered employment on a casual basis and paid as a pieceworker or by the relevant hourly award rate, depending on the work performed (pay rates are based on the Horticulture Award 2020 MA000028) with a starting rate as Level 1 $32.18 per hour. Applicants must have the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, be adaptable with working days, and be available 6-7 days a week as weekend work may be required. Applicants must be available for early morning starts, be hardworking, and be physically fit as they will be required to perform tasks that involve bending and lifting.

General hours of work are between 5am and 7pm. Workers must be able to pass a medical/drug test. Candidates MUST have work rights in Australia.
