We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to support implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business process knowledge and technical capability, enabling them to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to talent acquisition and employee onboarding processes.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
- Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
- Configure requisitions, candidate application processes, interview assessments, offer management, onboarding programs, tasks, and workflows.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices aligned with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.

Technical Responsibilities

- Configure Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Foundation Objects.
- Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems using Integration Center, APIs, and middleware platforms such as SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite.
- Troubleshoot data, configuration, and integration issues.




- Support data migration and data validation activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents and configuration workbooks.
- Participate in release management and quarterly SAP SuccessFactors upgrade assessments.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 3 years focused on Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
- Onboarding 2.0
- Business Rules
- MDF Framework
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Workflows and Notifications
- Integration Center
- Experience working on at least 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and employee onboarding processes.
- Experience with SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite or other integration technologies.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification.
- Experience in Employee Central integrations.
- Knowledge of HR processes and talent management best practices.
- Experience working in consulting and client-facing environments.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
