About The Role

As the Security Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a protected and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

- Proactive patrolling
- Access control
- Incident response
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Flexible coverage for rotational day shift rosters
- Direct dealing and reporting to the Client as required
- Roster management of the on‑site team of 4-5 personnel

Key Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable security experience within corporate and/or university environments.
- A valid NSW Security Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- A current and unrestricted Driver's Licence.
- Your own reliable form of transportation.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts as required.
