The Role

You’ll be working closely with the site team, trades and project leadership to keep safety practical, visible and moving day to day.





- Maintain day to day WHS standards across a live high rise construction site
- Conduct site walks, inspections, audits and safety observations
- Work with supervisors, trades and subcontractors to address risks early
- Support toolbox talks, inductions and site safety communication
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
- Keep safety documentation accurate, current and useful to the site team

The Criteria

- WHS experience within commercial construction, ideally on multi level or high rise projects
- Strong understanding of construction site safety, trades, sequencing and subcontractor management
- Confident communicating with site teams, supervisors and subcontractors
