The growth of Cell Therapies will continue through our commitment to supporting both Australian and international research and development activities, alongside delivery of commercial contracts to provide these highly personalised therapies to patients in Australia and the region.

About the Role

As our HSE Advisor, you’ll provide specialist advice and leadership across health, safety, and environmental management.

This permanent part-time role (0.6 FTE, three days per week) offers a competitive salary equivalent to $116,667 - $125,000 plus super (FTE), paid pro rata, offering flexibility while providing the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.The primary focus of the role is ensuring compliance with legislation, ISO standards and best practice, whilst also driving initiatives that reduce risk, support wellbeing, and promote sustainability.





You will:

- Maintain and continuously improve our HSE Management System
- Provide expert guidance on OHS legislation, codes and standards

- Support incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments

- Champion environmental and sustainability initiatives to reduce impact

- Manage workers’ compensation and end-to-end return-to-work programs

- Educate and engage employees in health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives

About You

You will bring:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Tertiary qualification in health and safety or related field

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) role

- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations, codes of practice and standards

- Experience implementing, maintaining and continuously improving management systems aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

- Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments and internal audits

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment

- Experience in PC2 Laboratory and/or GMP environments
