We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Supervisor/2IC to join the team at Priceline Pharmacy Green Valley. This is a part time position based in Green Valley, NSW 2168. As Supervisor/2IC, you will play a crucial leadership role in supporting the Store Manager and overseeing day-to-day retail operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of customer service, Supervising staff performance, and ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacy retail environment. This position is integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving the success of our store.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise retail floor staff, including scheduling, training, and performance supervision
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Support the Store Manager in the overall management and operations of the pharmacy retail store
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail best practices
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organised and well-stocked
- Process transactions, handle cash and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and ordering processes
- Promote and upsell Priceline Pharmacy products and services to maximise sales
- Maintain health and safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers
- Contribute to achieving store targets and KPIs

- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a retail environment




- Robust customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
- Ability to motivate team members effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a retail setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Retail or pharmacy experience is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including potential weekend or evening shifts
