We are a busy and highly regarded community pharmacy on the Mornington Peninsula seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.
This role is much more than serving customers at the register. You will be an important member of our pharmacy team, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day to day operations of the pharmacy. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our community.
About the Role
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries.
- Process sales through the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organised, and well presented.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Support the smooth day to day operation of the pharmacy.
About You

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or pharmacy.
- Pharmacy Assistant or S2/S3 qualification (highly regarded but not essential).
- Experience working within a pharmacy or healthcare environment (highly regarded but not essential).
- Confidence using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
