CMA Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse/Retail Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis in Moorabbin, VIC 3189. This role offers the perfect opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail and consumer products operation, where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the efficiency of our business and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key responsibilities

- Organising and storing products in the warehouse using appropriate storage systems and safety procedures
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory management to maintain accurate records
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols
- Providing customer assistance on the retail floor, including product information and checkout services
- Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems




- Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays to professional standards
- Supporting the team during peak trading periods to ensure excellent service delivery
