Branch Manager | Labour Hire & Recruitment & Business Development

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our busy Bella Vista branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with business development and sales.

You'll lead an established team while driving branch growth through new client acquisition, expanding existing partnerships and delivering exceptional workforce solutions.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants, Account Managers and Coordinators.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy labour hire branch.
- Driving branch growth by identifying and securing current business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across the warehouse, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Developing strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Conducting client meetings, presentations, site visits and contract negotiations.
- Working closely with key clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Overseeing recruitment, mobilisation and workforce planning to ensure service excellence.
- Managing branch budgets, profitability and performance against financial and operational KPIs.
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation, WHS requirements and labour hire obligations.
- Promoting a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

About You





You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities, with the ability to lead from the front.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience managing a labour hire, recruitment or workforce solutions branch.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales and growing client portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Experience within warehouse, manufacturing, logistics or industrial recruitment.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing successful recruitment teams.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, WHS and labour hire compliance.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A current driver's licence.
