About the Role

Set up, calibrate, and optimise machinery to ensure efficient production and high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Line Setup & Changeovers: Perform efficient mechanical changeovers on production lines (e.g., Slicers, Thermoformers and Robots) to meet the daily production schedule.
- Mechanical Support: Assist Maintenance Fitters with preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and installations
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct performance trials and maintain quality standards
- Complete basic maintenance and record keeping
- Work with team to meet production targets and safety standards

About You

- Line Setter/TA experience in FMCG/manufacturing
- Solid problem-solving and attention to detail
- Knowledge of mechanical/automated systems
- Desirable (But Not Essential):
- Forklift Licence (LF).
- Certificate II or III in Food Processing or a relevant Trade Assistant qualification.




- Experience with PLC-controlled machinery or HMI touchscreens.
