A proven hospitality leader who:

- Has strong experience as a Restaurant Manager in premium, high-volume venues
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and P&L; ownership
- Is deeply guest-centric and understands the difference between black and white service, and HOSPITALITY in full colour
- Builds culture, accountability and team loyalty
- Thrives in fast-paced, multi-dimensional environments
