About the Role

The Customer Supply Chain Manager will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional service to major customers and strategic partners. They’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence while developing team capability and strengthening customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop a team responsible for customer service, logistics and effective supply of product from D.C. to stores
- Drive best-in-class customer service and supply performance and execute on projects to optimise customer outcomes
- Support successful product launches and identify opportunities to improve processes, service and operational efficiencies
- Build trusted relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Person

We’re seeking interest from experienced supply chain leaders from a consumer products, FMCG, retail or manufacturing environment,



with a passion for customer service and developing high-performing teams. A proven leadership track record and strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are required, along with experiencemanaging complex customer networks in a fast-paced environment.
