What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
- Lead and inspire a team of dispatch staff to meet daily operational targets.
- Coordinate the timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain solid communication between the warehouse, sales and management.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Providing excellent customer service to our existing client base.
- Re-ordering of stock responsibilities.
- General warehousing forklift responsibilities.

About You
- Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics, or warehouse leadership role.
- Industry experience favourably looked upon.
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Highly regarded organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to problem‑solve on the fly.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proven customer service standards.
- Forklift licence (LF) preferred.
- Current driver's licence mandatory.

Work schedule and your next move
- Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm
- Occasional Saturday’s 8:00am to 12:00pm
