STRAND is looking for an experienced retail Regional Manager to lead a network of stores across the Melbourne region. This role is perfect for a people-focused retail leader who thrives on coaching Store Managers, building high-performing teams, and delivering results.

About You

- 5+ years’ experience in a multi-site retail leadership role
- Proven success driving sales and improving store performance
- Strong coaching and team development capability
- Solid understanding of Retail Award, rostering and wage management
- Experience managing visual merchandising standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Adaptable, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment

Due to the multi-site nature of this role, you will need a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle. A competitive car allowance is provided. At STRAND we put people first .
