Your Role Role Your role will be the same as your current role, plus full autonomy to build and grow an amazing home care business. To be successful you'll need experience across: Business Development - building referral relationships with GPs, hospital discharge teams, Care Finders, aged care assessment services, and community health providers

Recruitment - building a support team that meets your clients' needs

Rostering - managing scheduling to ensure consistent, high-quality support





Growth - scaling your branch and building an internal team as your business expands

Year 1 OTE: $120,000-$200,000. Year 2+: $200,000-$300,000+

To Be Considered You Must Have

Proven experience in operations, area, or regional management within home care, Support at Home, or aged care

Experience building and leading large care teams with strong leadership qualities

Financial acumen and the drive to grow a profitable business A genuine commitment to positive client outcomes and quality care
