You will oversee building infrastructure, essential services, contractor performance, maintenance delivery, statutory compliance and asset management systems,



while supporting practical, resident-focused property outcomes. Make an impact you will feel proud of.

What You’ll Bring 10+ years’ facilities management experience in aged care, healthcare, retirement living, accommodation, commercial property or another regulated setting

Strong technical understanding of building services including: HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, fire and life safety, nurse call, security, access control and building fabric

Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor works, asset condition information and facility risks

Confidence interpreting technical reports, scopes, quotes, specifications, compliance certificates and service documentation

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
