Role Description The Regional Product Specialist – Bundaberg, Queensland is a full time remote role responsible for supporting growers, contractors, and resellers with NouRix’s product range in the region. Day-to-day activities include providing technical product advice, assisting with selection of harvesting and irrigation components, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure reliable operation in the field. The role involves conducting on-farm visits, gathering feedback on product performance, and communicating insights to the engineering and sales teams to support continuous improvement.

The specialist will also develop and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, deliver product demonstrations and training,



and support sales initiatives through accurate information and follow-up. This position requires proactive territory management, regular reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to align regional needs with product development and inventory planning.

- Candidates should possess strong product specialist skills, including technical understanding of agricultural machinery, harvesting components, and irrigation systems.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret field performance data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations to customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, prepare concise reports, and collaborate effectively with growers, contractors, and colleagues.

- Candidates should possess sales skills to identify opportunities, support territory growth, and contribute to sales planning and follow-up activities.
- Relevant experience in agribusiness, horticulture, or agricultural machinery, ideally within regional Queensland or similar farming environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a regional schedule, and travel within the Bundaberg and surrounding areas as required.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort working in on-farm environments; formal qualifications in agriculture, engineering, or a related field are an advantage but not mandatory.
