The impact you'll have As Regional Service Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our people and business teams across the region receive reliable, high-performing IT services that enable them to do their best work. Working across business stakeholders, our newly appointed managed service providers and internal technology teams, you'll champion service excellence. This role is based in our Preston corporate office and may include some travel through APAC and the occassional after hours meetings.

We offer hybrid (3 days in the office 2 from home) and opportunities for flexibility. The work you'll do - Own the performance of regional IT services, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and operational targets are consistently achieved.

- Partner with our managed service provider and third-party vendors to drive service excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key escalation point for service incidents, major issues and service performance challenges.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, aligning technology services with business priorities and user needs.
- Lead service improvement initiatives, leveraging customer feedback,



problem management insights and operational data to enhance user experience.
- Champion ITIL best practices across incident, problem, change, request and event management processes.

What you'll bring - Proven experience in IT service delivery, service management or infrastructure operations environments.

- Demonstrated success managing outsourced service providers and holding vendors accountable for service outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL and service management frameworks, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, customer first mindset combined with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Experience navigating complex environments, driving change and delivering high quality outcomes with resilience and accountability.
