The Opportunity

We are searching for an experienced, high-performing Regional Swim School Manager to take leadership of our swim school operations across our Sydney / regional NSW portfolio.

Based in Sydney, you will be the strategic and operational driver for our BlueFit Swimming programs. You will partner directly with local venue managers, swim school coordinators, and site support teams to drive program growth, maintain teaching excellence, and ensure our child safety standards are second to none.

This is a dynamic, high-impact leadership role where you can truly shape the success and culture of swim schools across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the growth, retention, and day-to-day quality of swim school programs across your assigned Sydney/NSW region.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor, train, and empower Swim School Coordinators and local site teams to build high-performing, passionate teaching cultures.
- Program & Commercial Growth: Analyse site performance, occupancy rates, and student retention to drive commercial success and community engagement.
- Child Safety Champion: Lead by example to embed and audit a strong culture of child safety, active supervision, and compliance across all aquatic areas.
- Quality & Auditing: Conduct regular site visits, lesson quality audits, and safety reviews to ensure consistency and excellence in program delivery.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the National Aquatics & Support Team to roll out national curriculum updates, marketing campaigns, and technology systems.





What We’re Looking For:

- Proven Multi-Site or Senior Aquatic Leadership: Significant experience running a large-scale swim school or managing multi-site aquatic operations.
- Commercial & Data Savvy: Strong business acumen with experience managing program budgets, tracking occupancy KPIs, and driving growth initiatives.
- People & Culture Leader: A passion for coaching teams, handling challenging customer escalations, and inspiring staff on the ground.
- Deep Knowledge of Learn-to-Swim: Hands-on understanding of aquatic pedagogy, curriculum structure, and teacher development.
- Unwavering Commitment to Child Safety: A proactive, uncompromising focus on safety, risk management, and child protection standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Recognized Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification (and Assessor credentials highly regarded).
- Current Driver’s License (travel across Sydney / NSW regional sites will be required).
