Your Role As a valued member of the clinical team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to aged care residents while contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include

- Providing daily clinical and emotional support to residents
- Administering medications and managing care plans




- Supervising and mentoring care staff
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical needs
- Maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Working collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Need

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Aged Care experience preferred
- Solid clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
