What You Will Be Doing

As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents with a range of complex physical, cognitive, and mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Administering medications and monitoring clinical outcomes
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans
- Supporting residents with psychogeriatric and mental health conditions




- Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and person-centred care environment
- Working a variety of casual shifts to meet operational requirements

What You Will Need

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- Bachelor of Nursing
- Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience, ideally in aged care or mental health
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR certification

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Relevant vaccinations, including annual influenza
