Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high quality clinical care, including triage, immunisations, wound care, ECGs, and chronic disease management
- Ensure compliance with infection control, accreditation, and quality improvement standards
- Assist in coordinating daily nursing operations and assist general practitioners with procedures
- Champion a patient centred, preventative health approach
- Collaborate with the practice manager to implement key practice initiatives
- Assist to optimise nursing resource utilisation

About You
- Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Extensive General Practice experience (5+ years preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of general practice nursing experience is required
- Demonstrated people and time management skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and attention to detail abilities
- Positive, proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high quality patient care
