Your New Role

You will assist in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential projects. Working closely with project teams, you’ll review plans, complete take-offs, source supplier pricing, update cost databases, and help ensure estimates align with project requirements. This role provides hands-on learning, exposure to a variety of builds, and a strong foundation for progressing your estimating career. If you’d like, I can expand on estimating workflows.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Construction estimating knowledge gained through studies or early industry experience.




- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and technical documentation.
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- A willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a structured and supportive environment.
- Basic understanding of residential construction plans and terminology.
