We’relooking for a Property Manager to join our QLD team and help deliver a high-quality experience for landlords and tenants across the full property management lifecycle.

This is not a role for someone who wants to hide behind email templates or do the bare minimum.

It’sfor someone who knows how to manage thedetail, communicate clearly, staycompliantand genuinely look after clients.

As Property Manager,you’llmanage the administration, compliance, tenancy matters and day-to-day communication across a portfolio, while delivering a superior customer service experience to both landlords and tenants.

You’llalso playan important rolein helpingclientstransition smoothly from investment into property management, while ensuring every property is managed in line with legislation,systemsand service standards.

Whatyou’llactually do

- Manage a property portfolio across tenancy administration,communicationand compliance.
- Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional andtimelymanner.
- Resolve issues and complaints with care,clarityand sound judgment.




- Support the transition of clients from investment into property management.
- Prepare and manage leases, notices, contracts,authoritiesand related documentation.
- Provide clients with property analysis and market reports to support leasing decisions.
- Ensure all actions are carried out in line with tenancy legislation and internal procedures.
- Keepaccuraterecords of communication,instructionsand documentation within the nominated systems.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including communication with trades and contractors.
- Complete inspections whenrequired, including routine, entry, exit and open for inspections.
- Review inspection reports and ensure they are delivered to clients within requiredtimeframes.
- Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, rentincreasesand tenancy changes.
- Process tenancy applications and support leasing activity.
- Monitor arrears, bond matters,tasksand general portfolio upkeep.
- Maintaina high levelof data accuracy,complianceand follow-through across all work.

- Have solid property management knowledge and experience.
- Know how to balance compliance, customercareand day-to-day execution.




- Can stayorganisedacross multiple properties,deadlinesand conversations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, tenants,tradesand internal teams.
- Take ownership, followprocessand keepaccuraterecords.
- Work well independently but also support the wider team when needed.

WhatYou’llBring

- Previousexperience in property management.
- Strong understanding of relevant real estate and tenancy legislation.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail and strongorganisationalskills.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Confidence using property management systems such asPropertyMeor similar.
- Experience with inspection software such as Inspections Express or similar is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A Property ManagementLicence.
- A current Australian Driver’sLicence.
- A valid Police Check.
