Wiggles and Giggles Childcare Centre – Dural NSW

Wiggles and Giggles Child Care Centre in Dural is seeking an experienced, motivated, and organised cook to join our team. As a private, family-owned centre, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage stock levels and plan menus
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals for 30-45 children daily
- Liaise with suppliers and manage weekly orders within budget
- Accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions in menu planning
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Qualification in hospitality or commercial cookery
- First Aid certification (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis)
- Working with Children's Check (or eligibility to obtain)
- Food handlers certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Geccko Child Protected training
- Understanding of food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Right to work in Australia
- Early Childhood Education qualification (desirable)
