Joe Rascal Group is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused Business Manager Cadet / Business Manager Assistant to join our team working alongside our experienced Business Manager at our Dandenong location to help our customers across the 4 Melbourne Harley-Davidson & Ducati dealerships with their Finance, Warranty, and Insurance needs.

About the Role

- Assist customers through the finance and insurance process.
- Help prepare finance applications and supporting documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff.
- Present finance, insurance, warranty products.
- Ensure all compliance and dealership processes are completed accurately.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from purchase through to delivery.
- Learn every aspect of dealership Business Management with ongoing training and mentoring.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Professional and well presented.




- Confident communicating with people from all backgrounds.
- Results-driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous automotive experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. We value attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn above all else.
