Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of rental properties, fostering positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and bond lodgements.
- Handle property compliance and attend RDRV/VCAT hearings as necessary, including case preparation.
- Respond to maintenance issues, tenant inquiries, and rental provider requests promptly and professionally.
- Use tools such as Property Me, Inspection Express, and Inspect Realestate to streamline daily operations.




- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day property management.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in property management with portfolio oversight.
- Proficiency in Property Me
- Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- A passion for real estate and a drive to succeed.
