Nufarm is seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead to advance our CI journey across manufacturing and supply chain at the Pipe Road site. You will identify, scope and implement changes that improve safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost metrics while enabling teams to adopt a data-driven approach.

Reporting to the APAC Operations group, you’ll coach teams in Lean and Six Sigma methods, facilitate workshops, track initiatives and connect local efforts with global CI processes to
