Moondarra Cheese is a proud Australian cheese manufacturer, supplying major supermarket retailers and export markets from our Dandenong South facility. We have grown significantly in recent years with the acquisition of Tarago Cheese, celebrated for its award-winning blue cheeses, expanding our footprint across the domestic market.

About the Role

We're seeking a Fulfilment and Export Coordinator to join our growing Dandenong South team. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders across domestic and export markets, coordinating shipping and freight, and ensuring supermarket and export customers receive complete, on-time deliveries that meet order, quality and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

- Receive, review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of products, quantities and pricing
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders in line with customer specs, delivery windows and food safety requirements
- Monitor and report on delivery-in-full, on-time (DIFOT) performance,



taking corrective action where needed
- Coordinate shipping, freight and transport bookings with carriers and logistics providers
- Prepare and manage shipping/export documentation, including consignment notes, packing lists and customs paperwork
- Liaise with supermarket customers and distribution centres on delivery bookings and labelling standards
- Support cold-chain integrity and correct labelling/traceability throughout picking, storage and dispatch

What We're Looking For

- Experience in order fulfilment, dispatch, warehousing or logistics, ideally within FMCG or food
- Familiarity with export documentation and processes highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail, communication and customer-service skills
- Positive working knowledge of inventory/order management systems
- Understanding of cold-chain and food safety requirements
