Accor at Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. Reporting to the reservations manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries promptly and professionally while upselling to maximise revenue.

You will manage guest details in the PMS, confirm bookings, and coordinate with other departments to fulfil special requests.
