You’ve done enough water and sewer design that you’ve stopped needing the textbook next to you.

This is a civil design role with an established land development consultancy, working across residential and industrial subdivisions for tier‑1 and 2 developers.

You’ll be picking up projects at a stage where the fundamentals aren’t in question anymore; what matters is judgement, and that’s exactly what five‑plus years gets you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Water and sewer design across greenfield and infill subdivisions, from concept through to detailed design
- Coordinating with authorities, surveyors and other disciplines without needing everything spelled out
- Mentoring from Directors and Associates who still remember what it’s like to be mid‑career or senior and figuring it out




- Working on projects for developers you’ll recognise

What gets you shortlisted:

- 5+ years' experience in land development civil design, also - 10 years welcomed!
- DAS Water and DAS Sewer accreditation (we are hopeful)
- Comfortable owning a design, not just producing one
