With a strong emphasis on customer experience, community engagement and operational excellence, this company is seeking a personable and proactive Workspace Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre and lead a small front-of-house team.

Your new role

As the Workspace Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, presentation and growth of the workspace. Combining customer service, sales, account management and facilities coordination, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for existing tenants while driving new business opportunities.

- Maintaining the daily presentation and appearance of the centre, including vacant offices
- Purchasing goods and services and conducting supplier research
- Coordinating facilities management, including IT, telecommunications, security and building services




- Providing front desk support and relief cover when required
- Managing petty cash and completing monthly reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed

- A genuine passion for consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in serviced offices, co-working spaces, hospitality, retail, events or a similar customer-centric environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a front desk team
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
