Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process and compliance, Berwick Land Rover part of the Autosports Group, is on the lookout for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic service team. About the Role

As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll be a crucial link in our service operation—processing warranty claims efficiently, accurately, and with integrity. Your role is vital in upholding our commitment to personalised attention, transparency, and professionalism. Please note, our brand portfolio and dealership focus may evolve, and you’ll be adaptable to these changes.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Process all warranty claims accurately and within manufacture timeframes.
- Review repair orders to ensure claims are complete and compliant
- Submit claims daily to ensure budget achievement
- Manage warranty parts—return, core, dispose of, and handle them following manufacturer guidelines—and ensure they are cleaned, tagged, securely stored, and handled properly.
- Finalise job sheets with customer charges and warranty items post-inspection and approval.
- Ensure diligent compliance with process, people and paperwork
