Poodle bar and Bistro is looking for passionate chefs at all stages of their careers to join our kitchen. From apprentices just starting out to experienced Chef de Parties ready for a new challenge.

We put our guests experience first and strive to offer the best hospitality in the biz, and we are on the hunt for a passionate chefs on a full time basis to help us continue to reach that goal.

Located in the heart of Fitzroy, Poodle offers a unique and layered hospitality experience. Our spaces include a candle-lit European-inspired bistro, two intimate private dining rooms for bespoke events, a laid-back public bar perfect for snacks and casual drinks and a terracotta-tiled courtyard, ideal for long lunches and golden hour gatherings
