Come and join our Sydney Event Productions team, based out of our Rosehill operation. Right through the year we work with a hugely varied mix of clients and shows – designing, collaborating and managing some seriously cool events, conferences, shows and productions across lighting, video, rigging and audio.

We move fast because our clients do, and we’re always chasing the next good idea. It’s a big, talented crew – the kind of people who’ll push you and keep you sharp.

What you’ll be doing:

- Building and growing client relationships – and never losing sight of how much they matter.
- Owning the end-to-end technical production process,



from the first client brief through to the post-event wrap-up.
- Running site inspections and technical rehearsals so everything lands flawlessly on event day.
- Keeping across the latest technology and bringing new tools and processes in to sharpen efficiency and performance.
- Working hand in hand with clients, event managers and production teams to deliver solutions that meet or beat expectations.

What you’ll bring:

- A polished, skilled presence and a real focus on the client.
- A passion for delivering production of the highest standard, backed by a can-do attitude.
- A strong, demonstrable love of delivering technical shows and events.
- The ability to give clear direction and lead a production team.
- High energy and confidence, with the capacity to juggle a large portfolio of clients.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- The ability to multi-task and keep a cool head under pressure.
- Knowledge of CAD / Vectorworks a bonus, but not essential.
- A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
