We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our established team; we work collaboratively and drive outstanding results.
We require a minimum of 3-4 years of product management experience for this role.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing a product assortment strategy that is tailored to brand identity and target markets
- You will collaborate with marketing, sales and other internal teams to drive promotional campaigns and sales
- Work closely with Senior Leaders, you will be a strong communicator and bring an innovative mindset
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and brands
- You also enjoy negotiation, have a keen eye for market trends and the ability to analyse gaps and identify new product opportunities

About You
Driven, organised and efficient - you know how to make an impact. You are passionate about products in our industry, and you relish a challenge, you will work as a conduit between our key suppliers and internal teams, product management is your passion.
Key Qualifications:

- Ideally product experience in either the motorcycle and/or bicycle trade
- Proven success in managing a portfolio of products and driving growth
- A minimum of 1-2 years of portfolio management experience is required
- Skilled in effective product demonstrations and training
- Strong communication skills
- Australian work rights are required for this position
