Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Warehouse Operator looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Warehouse Team Leaders to join our teams in Truganina and Derrimut. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, improving processes, and driving warehouse performance.

About the Role

We have various Warehouse Team Leader positions available across multiple areas, including Inbound, Processing, Reach, and Despatch.

You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, leading teams, achieving productivity targets, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive workplace. We are looking for hands‑on leaders who can motivate teams, solve problems, and drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support warehouse team members to achieve daily targets.
- Allocate workloads and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Promote a solid safety culture and follow OH&S; procedures.




- Assist with problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support inbound, processing, inventory, and dispatch operations.
- Track and achieve warehouse KPIs.
- Assist with team training and onboarding.
- Complete rostering and workforce planning as required.
- Use warehouse systems including WMS, SAP, C3, and customer portals.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers.
- Follow escalation processes when required.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Senior Warehouse Operator.
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and support a team.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and KPIs.
- Experience using WMS, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Current forklift licence (LF) highly regarded.
