What do you do?

- Act as the main point of contact for prospective students.
- Engage with enquiries and action inbound leads.
- Provide tailored course advice and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.
- Close sales on warm leads and enrol students into online courses.




- Adhere to internal quality standards.
- Manage the CRM systems efficiently.
- Engage in high-volume daily calls whilst bringing energy, focus and a consultative approach to every conversation.

What do you need?

- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (F2F, inbound or outbound).
- High energy, vibrant personality and the hunger to succeed in a sales environment.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume calls confidently.
- Education sales experience is a bonus!
