As our Team Leader - Training, you'll lead the development of workforce capability across CVGT's Employment Services programs, creating learning experiences that drive performance, confidence, and service excellence.

Leading a team of Training and Assessment Officers, you'll oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training solutions that support organisational priorities and strengthen employee capability. Working collaboratively with leaders across the business, you'll champion a culture of continuous learning while ensuring training remains innovative, engaging and aligned to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Training and Assessment Officers.
- Design, facilitate and continuously improve engaging learning solutions that build capability and support organisational objectives.
- Identify workforce capability gaps and implement targeted training programs to address business needs.
- Manage and optimise CVGT's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning resources remain current and effective.
- Monitor training compliance, competency outcomes and learning effectiveness to support workforce capability and performance.
- Partner with leaders across the business to drive continuous improvement, workforce readiness and leadership development initiatives.

What You'll Bring

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)



or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience leading training teams and delivering high-quality learning outcomes, ideally withinEmployment Services or a regulated environment.
- Strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, content development and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions.
- Proficiency using Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning technologies, and business systems.
- Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
