What this opportunity involves:

The Facilities Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience every day through proactive engagement, effective communication, and high-touch service. As the first point of contact at Reception, you’ll welcome employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful service while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations through administrative support and execution of duties to the highest professional standards. An overview of the role:

- Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback relating to services within the workplace
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft and hard services delivery to ensure compliance with SLAs within Corrigo, policies and regulations, and KPI performance metrics
- Assist with coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities, manage stationery, pantry and kitchen requisitions, and oversee related inventory management
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors by providing authentic, caring and timely service that anticipates needs and exceeds expectations
- Receive and respond to all requests or issues within 24 hours of receipt, including personal follow-ups to client employees to ensure questions and requests are answered
- Conduct daily floor walks to ensure workspaces including offices, desks, conference rooms, mailrooms, pantries, kitchens, and storerooms are stocked and maintained
- Enhance safety and security of the client's facility through visitor management and execute emergency response plans when necessary
- Assist and educate clients to achieve optimization and efficiency for meeting room bookings, setups, and catering arrangements while ensuring efficient turnaround
- Plan experiences and community events within and beyond the office that unite people and inject fun into the workplace

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

- Prior experience in hospitality, facility/workplace management, or operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules
- Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Highly collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling privacy and confidentiality matters
- Experience using Corrigo or similar facilities management systems (preferred)
