Are you a creative and innovative stylist with an eye for fashion trends, then we would love to hear from you! Our studio is looking for a full-time stylist to bring their creativity and passion to the team. Working across multiple brands and reporting to the Studio manager, you will work closely with our in-house Photographer and Videographer as well as our Design and Marketing teams.

Based in Geelong with offices situated throughout Australasia STAGE II is a dynamic clothing company. Our business includes a strong wholesale network across all our brands, and a rapidly growing retail presence with Edge and Elm bricks and mortar stores across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will be primarily working with the well-known brand Elm Lifestyle, but will also involve collaborating with our established styling team on brands such as St. Goliath, Silent Theory and Edge clothing.

JOB SUMMARY / AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Styling

- Manage the styling for Elm Lifestyle across eCommerce, editorial and content shoots.
- Assist in the organisation weekly eCommerce photoshoots, campaign shoots, editorial shoots and flat lays.
- Source and coordinate locations, models, talent, props and run sheets while meeting production deadlines.
- Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns and seasonal content align with the Elm Lifestyle brand vision.
- Develop creative mood boards including locations, styling direction,



props and campaign concepts.
- Prepare, steam and style garments for all shoots.
- Attend all studio and location shoots to ensure styling is executed to a professional standard.
- Maintain styling stock, ensuring products are organised and returned to the warehouse after shoots.
- Assist with styling requirements across other Stage II brands as required.

THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A CANDIDATE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE AND A GREAT WORKING KNOWLEDGE IN:

- Degree in Fashion/VM design or relevant experience in fashion.
- Experience in fashion styling.
- Experience in managing photographic shoots.
- Sound knowledge of Adobe Soft wear, MS Office products and Mac.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
- Must work effectively as part of a team or autonomously.
- Robust eye and passion for all things fashion and creative!
- Constantly keeps up with all fashion trends and what’s happening in the creative industry.
- Excellent at building relationships and immersing yourself into the team environment.
