This is a client-facing role where your credit expertise directly connects with end-to-end deal creation and client management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Deal Structuring & Strategy: Assessing client scenarios, running serviceability,

and determining suitable lending strategies across a broad panel of lenders.
- Document & Risk Analysis: Reviewing financial documents (payslips, tax returns, company financials) to identify policy exceptions and structure winning approval outcomes.
- Packaging & Submissions: Preparing, packaging, and submitting loan applications to a high standard.
- Pipeline Management: Liaising with brokers, lenders, clients, and support staff to ensure effective turnaround times.
- System Management: Maintaining accurate notes and updates within CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday.com).

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is analytical, proactive, and commercial, someone who thrives on problem-solving and wants to own their career progression.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Experience: Prior experience as a Loan Writer or Credit Analyst is highly favoured (lender assessors or high-performing loan processors looking to step up are also encouraged to apply).
- Credit & Policy Savvy: Solid understanding of lending fundamentals, serviceability calculators, and lender policies.
- Client-Facing Confidence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to deal directly with clients.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to interpret complex financial documents, manage multiple deals simultaneously,

and find solutions where others see roadblocks.
- Tech Aptitude: Comfort using CRM systems and digital broking tools.
