Cheltenham Vehicle Inspections Pty Ltd - CVI is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team on a Full-time, part time or a parent looking to return to work and only work 'school hours' - this role can be flexible for the right candidate. at our Cheltenham location. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial part in creating a positive impression of our business. As a Receptionist, you will manage the front desk operations, coordinate communications, and provide administrative support that keeps our office running smoothly. This position is essential to maintaining our professional image and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Be the face of the office, engaging all customers and visitors with a high level of professional customer service
- Manage inbound calls and admin emails, allocating to appropriate team members
- Maintain filing
- producing incoming vehicle files and general administration tasks
- Data entry such as entering of purchasing invoices

Operating in alignment with our core values and culture, the ideal candidatewill:

- Work cooperatively with other team members
- Have a high attention to detail and a robust work ethic




- Communicate effectively, show initiative and manage their time effectively
- Previous experience in the insurance and/or automotive industry and exposure to claims management databases would be ideal, but not essential
