Earth Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Based in and around 30km radius of Templestowe, VIC 3106, this is a crucial position within our operations. this role is a combination of recurring domestic and commercial jobs. As a Cleaner, you will play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities, ensuring that every space reflects our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. This role is pivotal to creating welcoming, pristine environments that leave a lasting positive impression on all who visit.

Key responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising all designated areas to maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and mirrors, ensuring full compliance with health and hygiene
- Empty and replace rubbish bins throughout the facility and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental protocols
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or areas requiring special attention to supervisory staff promptly
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries and amenities in all areas as required
- Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers and chemical cleaners
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment whilst performing cleaning duties
- Work efficiently to complete assigned cleaning schedules within set timeframes
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role within a hospitality, hotel or similar environment




- Robust attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
- Reliability and punctuality with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Australian work rights and availability to work
- Own car and valid license and willingness to travel between jobs.
- Smartphone to quickly respond to jobs and receive feedback
