About The Role As a Registered Nurse at Traralgon Aged Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality clinical care to our residents in the heart of Traralgon. You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive nursing team, leading Personal Care Workers on the floor, administering medications, completing clinical assessments and documentation, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents in your care. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aged care, values flexibility, and wants to work in an environment where residents truly feel at home.

Be part of a values driven, family owned organisation Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality, person centred clinical care to residents
Administer medications and monitor resident health and wellbeing
Conduct resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers on the floor
Respond to clinical care needs and emergency situations promptly
Liaise with residents, families, medical practitioners and the broader care team
Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
Contribute to a secure, welcoming and homelike environment for residents About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Required)
Previous experience working in aged care (highly regarded)
Strong clinical assessment and problem solving skills
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lead and mentor Personal Care Workers
Calm and professional under pressure
Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays (highly desirable)
Australian working rights (Required)
Current Police Check (Required) Desirable Experience And Qualifications Experience with AN-ACC funding and clinical documentation
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
