The opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Perioperative Registered Nurse to join our day surgery team.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and compassionate care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.

In this role, you will:

- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care with a solid focus on patient safety and surgical excellence.
- Perform a range of duties across admission, recovery and discharge depending on your experience.
- Liaise effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other theatre staff to ensure seamless case flow.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.




- Actively contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement of clinical practices.

About you

We’re looking for a nurse who is calm under pressure, clinically confident, and passionate about delivering exceptional surgical care.

You will also bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team.
- Commitment to infection control, WHS and quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
