- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse - Minimum 12 months’ experience within aged care or residential aged care - Strong clinical and documentation skills Enrolled Nurses (ENs) - Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse - Experience within aged care or residential care environments - Strong medication and resident care knowledge Assistants in Nursing (AINs) / Personal Care Workers (PCWs) - Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent - Experience supporting residents with personal care and activities of daily living - Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care For All Applicants - Passionate about delivering person-centred care - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to adapt to recent environments and work collaboratively - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends Our team offers - Consistent contracts and ongoing casual shifts - Full compliance and credentialling support - Weekly pay - Dedicated consultant support before, during, and after your contract - Opportunities across metro, regional, and remote locations - Genuine relationships and personalised career support We believe in creating connections with impact, helping healthcare professionals find rewarding and flexible work while supporting aged care providers to deliver exceptional resident care.
