About the Role Reporting to the Quality Director, the Regulatory Manager is responsible for ensuring all products meet applicable regulatory, compositional, labelling and market-entry requirements across domestic and international markets. You will provide regulatory leadership across the full product lifecycle - from new product development through to export documentation - and act as the key regulatory liaison for customers, distributors, government authorities and certification bodies. This is a standalone role with genuine autonomy and influence, partnering with senior stakeholders across R&D;, Quality,



Operations and Supply Chain, and managing outsourced work through contracted regulatory consultants.

Duties - Interpret and apply global regulatory requirements across markets

- Prepare and maintain regulatory dossiers and submissions
- Review and approve formulations, labels, specifications and claims
- Manage import permits and export documentation requirements
- Oversee responses to regulatory queries, audits and reviews
- Partner with R&D; to guide regulatory strategy for new products
- Monitor emerging global regulations and provide early warnings
- Manage work outsourced to external regulatory consultants Skills and Experience - Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs or Chemistry
- Extensive experience in a regulatory management position
- Strong knowledge of FSANZ, Codex, US FDA and EU food regulations
- Experience preparing regulatory submissions and technical dossiers
- Ability to interpret scientific data and compositional standards
- Familiarity with Organic, Kosher, Halal and Non-GMO certifications
- Infant formula and global market experience highly regarded
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
