Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Research Assistant / Research Analyst at Adler's Den. The role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research on artisan chocolate and gourmet food markets, consumer preferences, and product trends. Daily tasks include gathering and organizing data from multiple sources, performing basic data analysis, and preparing concise reports or summaries for internal stakeholders.
The Research
Assistant / Research Analyst will collaborate with product development and marketing teams to translate findings into actionable insights, assist in designing research methodologies, and help maintain organized documentation of all research activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities for interpreting market, product, and consumer data.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including information gathering, literature review,
and structured documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting findings clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Candidates should possess basic Laboratory Skills or familiarity with food testing environments, which is beneficial for product-related research.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or basic statistical software is preferred.
- Interest in artisan chocolate, gourmet foods, or the broader food industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Food Science, Nutrition, Market Research, Statistics, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
