About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support business research, market intelligence, and strategic decision-making. ? Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Industry Analysis

- Conduct comprehensive market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking across various sectors.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and business opportunities.
- Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
- Perform customer, competitor, and market segmentation analysis.
- Support feasibility studies, business case development, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Identify business opportunities and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Analyze research findings and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical reports to support decision-making.
- Prepare research reports, executive summaries, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain research databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Support ad hoc business intelligence and analytical projects.

Strategic & Consulting Support




- Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and leadership teams on research-driven projects.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, strategic reports, and consulting deliverables.
- Support organizational transformation, policy research, and business development initiatives.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and evaluate industry best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge management and research documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Project Management teams.
- Present research findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning meetings and project discussions.
- Build and maintain a centralized repository of research and market intelligence.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in research, business analysis, consulting, market intelligence, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research, report writing, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS, Python, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
